Case Study

Redevelopment of Victorian hospital building to create 22 luxury flats and 23 bespoke detached villas in country location close to Glasgow Airport. Worked closely and extensively with Historic Scotland over the renovation of the three listed mansion houses on site to create sympathetic conversions. Employed services of specialist architectural firm experienced in historic buildings for conversion of listed buildings.

The project was a Joint Venture with the construction firm MDW who had received title to the site after constructing a new hospital nearby for the Health Board.
