Acquired site of ruinous castle without planning permission, subsequently negotiated planning consent for 24 new build luxury homes retailing at up to £2 million each as part of an enabling consent to complete the conversion of existing castle into seven luxury apartments. Carried out detailed and successful negotiations with Historic Scotland over refurbishment of castle.
