Acquired 75 acre site subject to receipt of planning permission. Master planned a new community centred around the redevelopment of the former NHS Grampian Hospital to create in excess of 350 new homes, comprising of refurbished apartments and new build detached units, together with a business park and care home. Extensive negotiations over developer contributions under a Section 75 agreement were successfully completed to ensure economic viability. Prior to development many of the existing buildings appeared on the Buildings at Risk Register. Entered into detailed negotiations with other house builders to sell on parts of the site as serviced lots. Now a successful and vibrant new community.
