Delivered select residential development of seven luxury detached homes retailing from £450,000 up to £1 million each on the site of a former brown field mill site at Balerno, Edinburgh.

Redevelopment of Victorian hospital building to create 22 luxury flats and 23 bespoke detached villas in country location close to Glasgow Airport. Worked closely and extensively with Historic Scotland

The Establishment of Cardrona Village

The first new village in the Scottish Borders Region for over 200 years. This new residential community included the delivery of a first class championship golf course and the 99 bedroom MacDonald Cardrona four star Hotel, Golf and Spa.

Castle Toward Estate, Argyll, Scotland

Site was acquired without the benefit of any planning permission (other than as school) and immediate works were carried out to make the mansion house wind and water tight after having lain empty for ten years. Masterplan consent approved for major mixed use development.

The Redevelopment of Kip Marina

In a joint venture with marina operator Holt Leisure Parks

Master planned the redevelopment of Scotland’s premier marina, providing 215 new residential units from one bedroom apartments to six bedroom luxury waterfront villas.

Kingseat Hospital, Newmacher Aberdeen

Acquired 75 acre site subject to receipt of planning permission. Master planned a new community centred around the redevelopment of the former NHS Grampian Hospital to create in excess of 350 new homes, comprising of refurbished apartments and new build detached units, together with a business park and care home.

Delivered select residential development of seven luxury detached homes retailing from £450,000 up to £1 million each on the site of a former brown field mill site at Balerno, Edinburgh including dealing with contaminated site, supervising the removal of all contaminated materials to a registered facility
